What it is

The production of one of the company’s most important annual events. 

The goal

To find a central and memorable venue in London, and to build a compelling storytelling structure around the content to be communicated.
Two distinct ambiances were created within the same space –  a daytime conference and an evening party, while managing 200 guests simultaneously.
Artists, music, and theatrical elements were incorporated to provide guests with a fully immersive experience, far removed from the usual office setting.

The biggest challenge: the venue allowed only 5 hours for total setup, including equipment delivery and full stage installation prior to the conference.
